  2. ilang beses an ako na g-attempt na maggym peo ilang beses na din ako naggive-up .. kelangan ko yata ng isang site na magbibigay sa akin ng lakas para maggym tlga ..

    1. Nako, dun sa Virgin Challenge ko, yung weeks number 17-23 (almost two months) dalawang beses lang ako nagpunta dun sa fitness center namin. Pero you really have to change your mindset and aim for the best. Beat the body. Kung kinakaya ko, kayang-kaya mo yan!

  4. I used to go to the gym pero 1 week lang suko na ako haha!Maybe kailangan ko lng ng matinding inspirasyon...
